Learn to make your own live-cultured sauerkraut in this hands on workshop with long time fermenter and food educator Mouette Loustalot. We will learn about the history, nutritive value and simple technique of lacto-fermented sauerkraut. Explore endless seasonal possibilities and nutritious herb/spice additions. Each student will receive recipe guides and a jar of sauerkraut to ferment at home!
