Learn how to make your own live-cultured pickles in this hands on workshop with long time fermenter and food educator Mouette Loustalot. We will learn about the cultural history, nutritive value and endless possibility of lacto-fermentation to create alive and nutritious pickles. Discover how to deliciously and nutritiously preserve the seasonal abundance of our island. Each student will receive in depth recipe guides and a jar of unique pickles to ferment at home!
