Learn to make your own live-cultured kimchi in this hands-on workshop with long time fermenter and food educator Mouette Loustalot. We will learn about history, nutritive value, and simple technique of lacto-fermented kimchi preparation. Each student will receive recipe guides and a personal jar of kimchi to ferment at home!
